My stay at the Hyatt Regency Merida had its ups and downs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. However, I found the common areas to be not well maintained and the air conditioning in my room was too noisy, which made it tough to relax. Although I enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, the dining experience left something to be desired due to issues with fruit flies.

I had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Regency Merida! The check-in process was super smooth, even though we arrived late at night. My room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the city. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a solid mix of American and Mexican options, although I wished for more local flavors. The location was perfect for exploring Merida, especially the nearby Paseo Montejo. However, the gym was way too cold for my liking!
